Since each item is printed on demand and customized for you, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Refunds or replacements are only available in the following cases:
1. False Delivery: If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you at no additional cost.
2. Damage from Shipping: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photo evidence of the damage to assess the situation. Upon verification, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, whichever you prefer.

- All requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Replacements will be sent out as soon as possible, depending on product availability and production time.
